Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Kenny and Heidi Vandevelde, The Black Horse Bistro is built on a simple philosophy: great food starts with quality ingredients, skilled hands and a passion for doing things properly.

Led by classically trained chef Kenny, our kitchen focuses on food made with care. From house-made sauces and slow-cooked favourites to seasonal specials and Mediterranean-inspired flavours, much of what we serve is crafted in-house, not simply taken from a packet.

The result is food that feels familiar yet elevated. Comforting yet memorable.
